## Give each agent only the folders it needs

Agent tokens give Claude Code, a research bot or a script its own key to Hjarni that reaches only the folders you choose: no access, read or write per folder, passed down the tree, and its own name in note history.

## Open your notes inside ChatGPT

Hjarni now opens as a panel in ChatGPT. Browse your folders, read and edit a note, and ask ChatGPT about it without leaving the conversation.

## Sign in with a passkey

Add a passkey to your Hjarni account and sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, a fingerprint or your device PIN. Nothing to type, nothing to phish, and no two-factor code on top.

## Two-factor authentication

Turn on two-factor authentication and signing in to Hjarni asks for a code from your authenticator app, on top of your password or your Google, Apple, GitHub or SSO sign-in.

## Email notes into Hjarni

Forward an email to your own Hjarni address and it becomes a note your AI can read. Newsletters, receipts, pages shared from your phone, filed on arrival.

## Hjarni on a Mac, without the phone layout

The iPhone app already installed on Apple Silicon Macs. Now it stops pretending to be a phone: the sidebar stays put, folders and notes open in place, and nothing stacks up behind a back button.

## Public links anyone can edit

Share a folder or a single note as a link people can edit. No account for them, full history for you.

## Archive a folder and everything in it

Archiving a folder now retires its sub-folders and notes with it, in one step, on every surface: the web app, the REST API, and your AI over MCP. Restore reverses the sweep.

## Hjarni on iPhone, iPad, and Android

The Hjarni apps are live on the App Store and Google Play. Free on both. Capture a note on your phone, and the AI on your desktop reads it.

## See who wrote every note, and roll it back

Every note now keeps a full, attributed history. See at a glance whether you or an AI agent made the last edit, open the complete revision history, and revert to any earlier version in one click. Deletes go to a recoverable Trash instead of vanishing.

## Your notes now flag when they go stale

Every note now shows whether it is current, stale, or retired, so Claude and ChatGPT stop treating an old note as fact. Mark a note verified in one click, and your AI can give a note a review date so it flags itself.

## Export and import the Open Knowledge Format

Export a folder, a team space, or your whole brain as an Open Knowledge Format bundle: portable Markdown any AI agent can read. Then import OKF bundles right back. Your knowledge now travels both ways.

## Conflict-safe note editing

When two people save the same note at once, the second no longer silently overwrites the first. Same when you and Claude or ChatGPT touch the same note. You'll see a conflict screen with what changed and three ways to resolve it.

## Team audit log (Enterprise)

Enterprise teams can now turn on an audit log that records every view, edit, and access change across web, REST API, MCP (Claude / ChatGPT), public links, and SCIM.
