Instead of building a knowledge base from scratch, you pick a template and let your AI set it up. Templates are not installed through the app. You share the template link with Claude or ChatGPT, and your AI reads the blueprint and creates everything using MCP. ## How to use a template 1. Your AI reads the blueprint and creates the folders, tags, instructions, and starter notes. 5. Done. Once your AI creates the structure, it's yours. Rename folders, change tags, edit instructions, delete what you don't need. **Do templates overwrite existing notes?** No. Templates create new folders and notes. Your existing content is untouched. **Can I use a template with ChatGPT?** Yes. Any AI assistant connected to Hjarni through MCP can install a template. Just paste the template link into the conversation. **Can I create my own templates?** Not yet. Templates are curated by Hjarni.
