Hjarni Is Now a ChatGPT App
Hjarni is live in the ChatGPT Apps Directory.
One click. No developer mode. No MCP URLs to copy. Open the app page, tap Connect, sign in, done. ChatGPT can read your notes.
What changed
Until now, connecting Hjarni to ChatGPT meant toggling developer mode, creating a manual app, and typing in a server URL. It worked, but it was friction. The people who would benefit most from connecting their notes to ChatGPT are the same people who would never do that.
Now they don't have to. Hjarni is a published app in ChatGPT's directory. Same connection. No setup.
What ChatGPT can do with your notes
Search your notes. Create new ones. Organize them into folders. Follow your custom instructions per folder. Link notes together. Everything Hjarni's MCP server offers, nothing stripped down.
The difference is how you get there. Not a technical setup. A button.
How to connect
- Open the Hjarni app in ChatGPT.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in to Hjarni.
That's it. Next time you open a conversation, ChatGPT can search, read, and write your notes.
